Good Morning Connor!

Because Connor is not very fond of cereals for breakfast (but instead, for example, asked for first brownies, then chips, this morning), I tried to make it more appealing to him. He loves manipulatives (is that educationalese?) such as these little containers. The ploy was successful. He ate some corn chex and cheerios, which he claimed tasted like cinnamon rolls (they are apple cinnamon flavored). Then he told me that he saw Big Bird outside. (I didn't see Big Bird.)
Cereal for breakfast is not as common in Japan. Cereals featured here, from top, clockwise: corn chex, apple-cinnamon cheerios, cinnamon Life, and vanilla mini-wheats.
P.S. By the way, Connor does actually have plenty of clothes. He just has favorites (of the aka variety) that he prefers to wear again and again.

Oh, things you can move around with your hands. You know, for "hands-on" learning. So it IS educationalese ...
